The Assessment & Resource Center (ARC) is an out-of-network, cash-pay provider.

We do not bill insurance directly. Full payment is due at the time of service.

1. Cash or Check

• We accept cash or personal checks

• You may pay in person or mail a check to our billing address (please call for details).

2. FSA or HSA Cards

• You can use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) card to cover eligible services.

• Simply provide your FSA/HSA card at the time of service or upload it to your client portal for automatic billing.

3. Credit or Debit Cards

• ARC accepts all major credit and debit cards, including:

4. CareCredit, Affirm, and Klarna (Flexible Financing Options)

• ARC proudly accepts CareCredit, Affirm and Klarna to help provide flexible payment options and to assist in managing the cost of services for comprehensive care.

• You can apply for CareCredit online or in our office.

• Affirm and Klarna offer simple, fast approval processes that allow you to split payments into manageable monthly installments.

Flexible terms to fit your budget.

Ability to spread out payments while beginning services without delay.

🧾 Out of Network Insurance Reimbursement (Super Bills)

While we do not bill insurance directly, many of our clients successfully seek reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.

• After full payment is made, ARC provides a Super Bill— an itemized statement you can submit to your insurance provider.

Allows you to access your out-of-network insurance benefits.

Potential partial reimbursement depending on your plan.
