Experience personalized neurofeedback from the comfort of home with ARC Home Brain Training™.

Using 19-channel clinical qEEG brain mapping, Myndlift technology, and ongoing professional oversight, our at-home brain training program supports focus, attention, emotional regulation, and brain performance—bringing individualized, clinician-guided neurofeedback into your everyday life.
ARC Home Brain Training™

What Is ARC Home Brain Training™?

ARC Home Brain Training™ is a personalized, clinician-supervised neurofeedback program designed to make consistent brain training more accessible for children, teens, and adults.

Through our integrated approach, clients begin with a comprehensive 19-channel clinical qEEG brain mapping assessment to better understand their brainwave activity and help guide an individualized neurofeedback training plan.

Using Myndlift technology and a Muse S Athena headband, eligible clients can complete prescribed neurofeedback sessions at home while ARC’s clinical team remotely monitors training activity and progress.

Unlike generic brain training apps, ARC Home Brain Training™ combines individualized assessment, structured training, and professional clinical oversight.

Our goal is to provide a convenient, personalized approach to brain training that fits into everyday life.

Why Choose At-Home Neurofeedback?

Between school, work, family responsibilities, and everyday commitments, attending frequent in-office appointments can be challenging.

ARC Home Brain Training™ offers an alternative for eligible clients who want structured neurofeedback training with the flexibility of completing sessions from home.

Potential advantages include:

  • Convenient training without frequent trips to the clinic
  • Individualized protocols informed by clinical assessment
  • Structured sessions that fit into daily routines
  • Remote monitoring by ARC’s clinical team
  • Progress reviews and protocol adjustments
  • Opportunities to discuss changes in everyday functioning
  • Continued access to professional guidance

Home neurofeedback requires consistent participation, appropriate equipment use, and ongoing communication with the clinical team.

Who Can Benefit From ARC Home Brain Training™?

ARC Home Brain Training™ may be considered for children, teens, and adults experiencing concerns involving:

Difficulty sustaining attention, managing distractions, organizing tasks, or maintaining consistent focus.

Challenges with stress responses, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty regulating reactions.

Attention, cognitive endurance, and executive functioning concerns that may affect school performance.

Difficulty maintaining mental clarity or managing the cognitive demands of everyday life.

Sleep-related concerns that may coexist with stress, emotional difficulties, or problems with daytime concentration.

Individuals interested in understanding their cognitive functioning and exploring personalized brain training.

Neurofeedback is an adjunctive intervention. Evidence varies by condition, and improvements in these areas are not guaranteed. ARC determines program suitability through individualized clinical review.

A Personalized Process. Guided by Your Brain Blueprint™.

Your journey begins with a conversation about your concerns, goals, relevant history, and what you hope to achieve through brain training.

Our team helps determine whether further assessment and home neurofeedback may be appropriate.

Before beginning home training, clients complete ARC’s required 19-channel clinical qEEG brain mapping using the BrainMaster system, with qEEG Pro analysis.

This assessment measures electrical brain activity and provides information that may help guide individualized neurofeedback planning.

The qEEG assessment is required for enrollment in ARC Home Brain Training™.

A Muse-only assessment does not replace ARC’s clinical qEEG requirement.

ARC’s clinical team reviews relevant assessment findings, symptoms, history, and individual goals to develop an appropriate neurofeedback protocol.

Your training plan is tailored to your clinical needs rather than based on a generic program.

Using the Muse S Athena headband and Myndlift platform, clients complete prescribed neurofeedback sessions from home.

The system provides real-time feedback related to selected brainwave activity during training.

ARC provides onboarding and equipment instructions to help clients understand how to complete their sessions correctly.

Your training doesn’t happen without professional guidance.

ARC’s clinical team reviews training information through the Myndlift dashboard at least twice weekly.

The team monitors available session data, reviews reported experiences, and adjusts protocols monthly or sooner when clinically indicated.

Monthly progress reviews help evaluate participation, goals, and any concerns requiring attention.

A repeat 19-channel clinical qEEG assessment is planned near the end of the training phase to help evaluate changes in measured brainwave patterns.

ARC also considers reported symptoms, daily functioning, training participation, and individual goals when reviewing progress.

Your Brain Blueprint Roadmap™ may be updated to guide recommendations for the next phase of care.

The Technology Behind ARC Home Brain Training™

Myndlift provides a platform for completing EEG-based neurofeedback sessions at home.

The platform allows eligible clients to participate in prescribed training while clinicians review session information remotely.

The Muse S Athena is a wearable device used to capture EEG signals for compatible training sessions.

It is designed to support convenient use in a home environment.

ARC uses 19-channel BrainMaster qEEG recording and qEEG Pro analysis as part of its required clinical assessment process before home training.

This distinguishes ARC’s assessment process from programs that rely only on a consumer headband.

qEEG does not independently diagnose ADHD, anxiety, Autism, or other mental health conditions.

The ARC Difference: Your Brain Blueprint™

At ARC, we believe meaningful care begins with understanding each individual’s unique cognitive, emotional, and clinical needs.

Our Brain Blueprint™ approach brings together clinical history, assessment findings, qEEG information when appropriate, and personal goals.

This helps our clinical team determine whether neurofeedback is suitable and how training should be structured.

With ARC Home Brain Training™, the same philosophy extends beyond the clinic.

Your training is personalized, monitored, and reviewed rather than left entirely to an automated app.

Understanding Before Treatment. Always.

Home Training With Real Clinical Oversight

A key part of ARC Home Brain Training™ is continued involvement from our clinical team.

We review available training data, consider client-reported experiences, and make appropriate adjustments to support the prescribed plan.

Clinical oversight helps us identify when a protocol needs review, when additional support may be appropriate, or when training should be reconsidered.

This ongoing relationship is central to ARC’s individualized approach.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is at-home neurofeedback?

At-home neurofeedback is a form of EEG-based training completed outside a clinical office using compatible equipment and software. ARC Home Brain Training™ combines prescribed sessions with individualized clinical oversight.

Is ARC Home Brain Training™ the same as using a brain training app?

No. ARC’s program requires an initial 19-channel clinical qEEG assessment, individualized training protocols, and ongoing professional monitoring. The Myndlift platform is one component of the overall program.

3. Can at-home neurofeedback help with ADHD, anxiety, or focus?

Neurofeedback has been studied for attention, anxiety, and other concerns, but evidence varies and benefits are not guaranteed. ARC evaluates each client’s needs before recommending home training.

Do I need a qEEG brain map before starting?

Yes. ARC requires a 19-channel BrainMaster clinical qEEG assessment with qEEG Pro analysis before beginning its home training program. A Muse-only assessment does not meet this requirement.

How does ARC monitor my progress?

ARC’s clinical team reviews training data at least twice weekly, conducts monthly progress reviews, and adjusts protocols when clinically appropriate. A repeat clinical qEEG is planned near the end of the training phase.

How long is the ARC Home Brain Training™ program?

The program begins with a four- or six-month commitment, depending on the selected plan. Equipment ownership eligibility requires seven months of training, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
