OUR PURPOSE
Why ARC Exists
Too often, people spend years searching for answers—moving from provider to provider, receiving pieces of information without ever seeing the complete picture.
ARC was created around a different approach: look deeper, understand the whole person, and turn complex findings into a clear, practical direction.
We believe every brain is uniquely designed. A diagnosis can be valuable, but it doesn’t always tell the whole story. Our goal is to understand the strengths, challenges, experiences, and patterns that make each person unique—and use that understanding to create a personalized path forward.
Because an evaluation shouldn’t leave you with more questions. It should help you better understand yourself or your loved one—and know what to do next.
Understanding Before Treatment. Clarity Before Change. Personalized Care for Every Unique Brain.

Dr. Micholyn Gayoso is a licensed clinical psychologist whose work is grounded in a simple belief: people deserve to be fully understood before they are treated.
Her experience across private practice, educational settings, and clinical environments shaped her commitment to looking beyond symptoms and diagnoses to understand the whole person. She specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological, psychological, developmental, and educational assessment, with particular expertise in Autism, ADHD, learning differences, and complex diagnostic questions.
As an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, Dr. Gayoso founded ARC to create the kind of care she believes individuals and families deserve—comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized to the unique person behind the diagnosis.
Today, that philosophy extends beyond evaluation into therapy, clinical neurofeedback, brain health, and personalized treatment planning designed to help clients move from understanding to meaningful progress.
