For Referring Professionals
We Value Collaborative Care
ARC works alongside physicians, therapists, schools, and other professionals to help provide a more complete understanding of the individuals they serve.
With appropriate authorization, ARC can collaborate with referring and treating professionals to support continuity of care.
Our goal is not to replace a trusted provider.
Our goal is to provide additional clarity that can help make existing care more informed, personalized, and effective.

Many people are referred specifically because the diagnosis is unclear or because symptoms overlap across multiple conditions.
Can parents refer their own child?
Parents and caregivers may contact ARC directly without a professional referral.
Can adults refer themselves?
Adults may contact ARC directly for assessment, diagnostic clarification, or treatment services.
What ages does ARC serve?
What if I am not sure which evaluation is needed?
Submit the referral and describe the concerns. Our team can help determine the most appropriate next step.
Can ARC work with the client's current therapist or physician?
With appropriate authorization, ARC can collaborate with current providers and share relevant findings to support continuity of care.
Does everyone who comes to ARC receive qEEG brain mapping?
qEEG is recommended only when clinically appropriate and is used as an additional source of information rather than a standalone diagnostic test.
What if the client has already been evaluated somewhere else?
An updated evaluation, second opinion, or additional testing may be appropriate when questions remain unanswered, functioning has changed, or the previous evaluation does not fully address current concerns.
